Viewing a Physician Claim History

Prerequisites: The 'Physician LookupA field that is used to locate records in the RL6 database, such as a location, patient name or a valid entry for the field. A lookup field is typically identified with a magnifying glass icon.' role function must be enabled and a product license is required.

To view a physician's claim history:

1. Click the magnifying glass icon on the side menu to access the main Search page.
2. On the Search page, enter the name of the physician whose claim history you want to view.
3. Select Physicians from the within drop-down list.
4. Click Search.
5. Click on the physician's timeline card to reveal the physician's claim history.
